About this notice
This notice explains how Rabblepop Ltd collects and uses personal information, and what rights you have. It applies to this website and to our dealings with clients and enquirers.
We are the data controller for the information described here.

What we collect, and why
This website collects personal information in two places: the enquiry form, and our free idea evaluator (see The idea evaluator below). If you accept analytics cookies, it also records how you use the site, and if something on the site breaks, it records technical details of the error (see Cookies below).

The enquiry form and the idea evaluator ask for nothing beyond that. There is no account to create, and we do not ask for a phone number.
We do not ask for special category data, and you should not send it to us.
We do not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects. The idea evaluator's report is written and scored automatically, but it is an opinion on an idea, not a decision about you.
The idea evaluator
The idea evaluator is a free tool on this website. You talk your app idea through with a guide, and then get a written report that scores it. Here is what that involves.
- It is AI. The guide and the report are written by AI models made by Anthropic. To research your idea, the report model searches the web, and the search phrases drawn from your idea are sent to DataForSEO to fetch search figures. DataForSEO receives those phrases, not your conversation.
- Nobody checks the report before you see it. It is not reviewed by a person first, and it is not professional, financial or legal advice. It can be wrong. It does not say whether your idea will work, bring you customers or make money.
- We see it too. Your conversation and report are stored on this website, where Rabblepop staff can read them, and we are sent a copy of each report by email: your idea in one line, its scores, and your email address if you gave one. Our service providers listed below process it for us.
- There is no non-disclosure agreement. We do not offer or imply one. Leave out anything confidential, anything you are not free to share, and anyone else's personal details.
- Coming back. If you give your email address, we send you a link to carry on and to read
your report. Anyone with the link can open the conversation, so keep it to yourself. It
works for 30 days from your last activity. A cookie (
rp_idea) does the same job in the browser you used.
Cookies
Our website uses cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work, and — only with your consent — analytics cookies that help us understand how the site is used.
You can accept or decline analytics cookies through the banner shown on your first visit, where Accept and Reject are offered equally, and change your mind at any time using Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. Declining analytics cookies does not affect your use of the site.
Google Analytics. With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how people use
this site: which pages are visited, how people arrive, and what device they use. We load it
through Google Tag Manager, and neither of them loads until you press Accept. It sets cookies
(_ga, and _ga_ followed by an ID) that last up to two years. Google processes this
information for us and may transfer it to the United States, under the UK's data bridge or
standard contractual safeguards. We keep analytics data for 14 months. You can change your mind
at any time using Cookie settings at the bottom of every page, which also deletes these
cookies.

The two Google Analytics cookies are only set if you accept analytics cookies. The last three are
only set in the staff area at /admin, which is behind a login, and the banner is not shown there.
If you accept analytics cookies and use the idea evaluator, it also stores a small marker in
your browser's local storage (rabblepop:ev: followed by the event and your evaluation's
reference) so that each analytics event is sent only once. It holds nothing else, and it is
never stored if you have not accepted.
We don't use advertising cookies, and we don't use Google Analytics for advertising or to build profiles across other websites.
Error monitoring. If something on this site breaks, Sentry, our error monitoring service, records what went wrong: the page, your browser and device type, and the technical details of the error. This is how we find and fix faults. It sets no cookies. Sentry processes this for us in the European Union and keeps it for 30 days.

We also share information with our accountant and, where necessary, our insurer or legal advisers. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
When we work for our clients. When we build or run a website or system for a client, we handle the personal information in it on the client's behalf, under our data processing agreement with them, and the client's own privacy notice covers it. The companies we use for that work are listed on our sub-processors page.
Transfers outside the UK. Some of these providers process data outside the United Kingdom. Where that happens we rely on UK adequacy regulations or on the International Data Transfer Agreement or UK Addendum, so that your information keeps an equivalent level of protection. You can ask us for details of the safeguards that apply.

Your rights
You have the right to:
- be told how we use your information — that is what this notice is for
- get a copy of the information we hold about you
- have it corrected if it is wrong
- have it deleted, where we have no continuing reason to keep it
- restrict or object to how we use it, including objecting to processing based on legitimate interests
- receive it in a portable format, where we rely on consent or contract
- withdraw consent at any time, where consent is our basis
To exercise any of these, email zeki@rabblepop.com. We will respond within one month. There is no charge.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or on 0303 123 1113.
Changes
If we change this notice we will update the version and date at the top, and where the change is significant we will tell affected clients directly.
Version 1.4 — 23 October 2026: adds the idea evaluator: what it collects and why, that its
report is written by AI and not checked by a person, Anthropic and DataForSEO as providers, the
rp_idea cookie, and how long evaluations are kept. Corrected the same day: DataForSEO processes on
infrastructure in the European Union and the United States, not only in Estonia.
Version 1.3 — 21 October 2026: where each provider processes information now matches our sub-processors page: this website's images are stored in the United States, and Sentry is in Germany.
Version 1.2 — 18 October 2026: adds Google Analytics, through Google Tag Manager and only with your consent, the cookie banner and the cookies table, and error monitoring by Sentry.
