We are the data controller for the information described here.

What we collect, and why
This website collects personal information in one place: the enquiry form.
| What we collect | Why | Our lawful basis |
|---|---|---|
| Your name, email address, company and what you tell us about your project, when you send us an enquiry | To respond to your enquiry and decide whether we can help | Legitimate interests — responding to someone who has contacted us about our services |
| Your rough budget, how you heard about us, and the page you sent the enquiry from | To make the first conversation useful and to understand which of our pages bring people to us | Legitimate interests — running and improving our business |
| Contact and billing details, and records of the work, if we go on to work together | To provide services, invoice, and keep proper business records | Contract, and legal obligation for accounting records |
| Correspondence with us | To keep a record of what was agreed | Legitimate interests — managing the relationship and resolving disputes |
The form asks for nothing beyond that. There is no account to create, and we do not ask for a phone number.
We do not ask for special category data, and you should not send it to us.
We do not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies when you visit it, and it carries no analytics, no tag manager and no advertising or tracking scripts. That is why you have not been asked to accept anything.
The only cookies this site can set are in the staff area at /admin, which is behind a login.
They keep whoever has signed in signed in, and they are strictly necessary for that.
If we ever add analytics, we will ask for your consent first and update this notice.

Transfers outside the UK. Some of these providers process data outside the United Kingdom. Where that happens we rely on UK adequacy regulations or on the International Data Transfer Agreement or UK Addendum, so that your information keeps an equivalent level of protection. You can ask us for details of the safeguards that apply.

| Client records and correspondence | 6 years from the end of the financial year our work with you ends in |
| Accounting and tax records | 6 years from the end of the financial year they relate to, which is what HMRC requires |
